Help shape how AI supports scientic research in Europe.

Who Should Get Involved?

The AI in science community brings together researchers, infrastructures, industry, policy and civil society to define shared priorities for AI in Science. By contributing, you help ensure that emerging challenges, real-world needs and new opportunities are reflected in future research, infrastructure and policy directions.

How to Engage?

Gather Evidence → Identify Priorities → Community Feedback → Strategic Alignment

Stakeholders contributions are brought together through a coordinated process that turns community inputs into actionable outcomes for the Strategic Research & Innovation Agenda (SRIA) and the associated Implementation Roadmap.

Building on existing evidence, including state-of-the-art knowledge and good practices, co-creation activities with European experts help identify strategic priorities, long-term research challenges, and cooperation opportunities on AI in science. These priorities are then refined through community consultation and aligned with other strategic initiatives in Europe, ensuring their feasibility, relevance and transparent integration into the SRIA, Roadmap and related outputs.

How to give feedback?

You can share input, comments, or ideas through the RAISE Forum, where consultations and discussions are organised in thematic spaces linked to the RAISE Hub.

How inputs are reviewed?

All feedback collected through the community consultations is reviewed by the AI in Science Working Groups before integration into SCIANCE outputs.

AI in Science Working Groups

The AI in Science Working Groups (AISWGs), established under the Horizon Europe-funded SCIANCE project, bring together experts in artificial intelligence, scientific research, research infrastructures, HPC, Open Science and innovation to co-create the European Strategic Research & Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for AI in Science.
